Slept in and decided not to go to relaxation at Callanish. I had too much shopping to do before tomorrow's treatment. Started at Staples (printer cartridge), Richmond Country Farms (peas, raspberries, blueberries, cherries), London Drugs, Cobbs & Mark's Workwear World.
Home for lunch and then stopped at the library on the way to physio at go!physiotherapy. Picked up groceries at the IGA and was home by 3:30.
The BC Lions played the way they did last year tonight and kicked Edmonton's butt!
My neck and back were really painful today during the treatment but feel fine tonight.
