Slept well again - hope this lasts! Even ate breakfast.
To physio at 11:30. My neck had been really painful lately and she loosened it right up.
Tried to find a cache in Rosemary Brown Park but failed (again!). Walked to Callanish to retreive my suitcase from last week and saw Janie.
Bought groceries at Granville Island and had a bowl of soup for lunch.
The washing machines were busy so I left the suitcase in my trunk until tomorrow.
Continued watching stuff I taped last week.
