Physio at 11:00. My neck was pretty sore as someone had hugged me too hard a couple of days ago. Met Diane for coffee at Oakridge.
Stopped at VPL for reserves and Safeway for groceries.
Cooked my favourite pork and carrots dish and once again forgot the handle of the frying pan was hot as it had been in the oven. This time I really grabbed it. Took a few hours of salve and ice to stop the pain. Don't see any blisters. Did make cutting the meat a bit tricky.
My other wrist is bruised from the blood being drawn yesterday. Getting old!
