Up early to have my port flushed at the Cancer Agency. Picked up Lori & Pam in Surrey and we headed across the line for a very productive day of caching. We stuck near Blaine & Birch Bay. What a gorgeous day along the seashore.
Home by 5 and rested for a bit before heading out for dinner with women I knew from VESTA. There were about 20 of us at Szechuan Chongqing.
Something has upset my gut and I've just been throwing up. Food, tired...?
